 Our most popular workout, and one that will challenge you no matter your fitness level. Each day we choose 15 new dynamic stations that focus on new skills and new boxing combinations. You don’t have to be a boxer. You just have to want a great workout.

Get ready to have a blast! Class starts whenever you walk in, and the fun begins immediately. Each round is a high-energy 3-minute workout followed by an exhilarating 1-minute rest. As the timer keeps ticking, one of our enthusiastic trainers will guide you through the basics and get you for the ready for the next action-packed round.

What’s more, every day is a new adventure as we pick 5 exciting full-body workouts to complement the thrill of 10 boxing rounds. We utilize kettle bells, slam balls, hand weights, Bosu balls, and more to guarantee we work every inch of your body. Changing routines daily keeps things exciting and fresh, helping you learn the art of boxing and supercharge your fitness.
With 2 or 3 trainers always on hand, you’ll be cheered on with every punch and coached with precision, ensuring you’re having fun and learn while getting fit. And the best part? You’ll even enjoy your own one-on-one session with a trainer every day as one of your stations. Whether you’re here to master the sport’s fundamentals or simply looking for a fun way to stay in shape, this is the workout experience you’ve been waiting for!

No two days are alike at the Sweet Science. Each day will consist of new fitness stations and boxing strategies that will keep you on your toes and keep your workouts fresh.

Our 4/11 balance

While no two days are alike, we do have consistency. Four of the fifteen stations are always dedicated to explosive, full-body workouts. The other 11 focus on boxing techniques, combinations and championship endurance. 

Flexible start times

This class doesn’t have a strict starting time. Check our hours… if our stations are running, you can hop in whenever you show up.

While this is technically a group class, you’ll get the personal attention of a private one. Whether you have past injuries or you simply cannot perform a station, our trainers will work with you to make modifications and adjustments that meet your personal fitness goals. 

How long is class?

60 minutes total. 

3 minutes on each station. 1 minute rest in between. 15 stations total.
