At our gyms, including our newest location in Cape Coral, we deliver a complete fitness and self-defense program with 15 engaging boxing and fitness stations. Each workout is designed to improve your strength, endurance, speed, balance, flexibility, and coordination. With our flexible schedule, you can start training whenever it suits you, receiving semi-personalized guidance from two coaches as they take you through 15 circuits modeled on a 3-minute boxing round, followed by a 45-second rest. This unique setup guarantees focused, individual attention at every station, revolutionizing the way you experience fitness.
This class doesn’t have a strict starting time. Check our hours… if our stations are running, you can hop in whenever you show up.
While this is technically a group class, you’ll get the personal attention of a private one. Whether you have past injuries or you simply cannot perform a station, our trainers will work with you to make modifications and adjustments that meet your personal fitness goals.

3 minutes on each station. 45 seconds rest in between. 15 stations.
